We work primarily in QuickBooks Online (QBO). For current QuickBooks Desktop users interested in migrating to QBO, we’re happy to help make that transition smooth and efficient.
In addition to QBO, our tech stack includes a secure, encrypted client portal, as well as experience with multiple payroll processing systems, POS systems, and payment processors. This flexibility allows us to collaborate effectively with your existing tools while keeping your financial data secure and organized.

We don’t prepare or file tax returns. Our role is to ensure that all of your transactions are accurately recorded, accounts reconciled, and financial statements organized — so your CPA or tax preparer has everything they need for a smooth, stress-free filing.
We work closely with several CPA firms and tax preparers and can provide a referral if you don’t already have one.

We work with trusted third-party payroll processors to ensure your payroll is managed accurately and recorded properly in your financials.
We’re happy to collaborate with your existing payroll provider or help you set up a new one. We have relationships with several reputable payroll companies and can recommend the best fit for your business.
